Product Description:
This High Pressure Hose is mainly intended for diverse applications in the fields of forestry, agriculture, construction and others. High Pressure Hose is integrated with a bend radius capability which allows an intuitive mounting and routing. Rubber Hose EN856-4SP also enables a longer hose life in various curving applications and some of the bent tube fitting needs. Rubber Hose EN856-4SP is enclosed with a black and oil resistant cover hydraulic hose which is also integrated with a synthetic rubber. Its cover also comes with a color-optional line of marking. Its tube is black in color and is built with an oil-resistant tube material which enables high pressure and high temperature functionality.Extremely high pressure and high impulse hydraulic applications. This hose is the most flexible EN856 4SH hose is industrial hose with superior impulse performance ( tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at bend radius lower than EN 856 Standard). Compatible with iodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids.

After finished the Pressure Rubber Hose production and testing ,we will cut the hoses into the lengths which are same as to the customer requests,then crimping the hydraulic fittings with both ends of the hose if the customer need, packing the lengths into rolls and wrapped by plastic woven bags,putting on the shipping mark,taking them to the pallets or wooden box ,loading into container.For the big sizes pressure rubber hoses ,we usually packing them by plastic film and plastic woven bags then put into the container directly.
Our plastic bags color have many kinds for you :blue,red,yellow,white or by your design. Our standard exporting packing for the pressure rubber hoses are as below:
1.Packing A: Plastic film+ plastic bags;
2.Packing B: Plastic film+Plastic bag+ wooden pallet ;
3.Packing C: Plastic film+Plastic bag+ steel shelf;
4.Packing D: As per to the clients requirement.
